EndoQuest Robotics, Inc. (EndoQuest) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Please read the following carefully to learn more about our Privacy Policy. By using or accessing our website (the Site) and the content and services available at the Site (taken together with the Site, the Service) in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes that we make by posting on the Site, by email, or by another means. Your continued access or use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes. By using or accessing the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you acknowledge that EndoQuest will collect, use, and share your Personal Information (as the term is defined below) in the following ways, and you consent to such use.

The following provisions explain how EndoQuest will collect, use and share information obtained from you when you use or access the Service.

Information Covered Under this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information, including any personally identifiable information (Personal Information), that we gather when you access or use the Service (for example, when you communicate with us through the "Contact Us" form). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we obtain in offline correspondence, or when you contact us in connection with the products or services that are offered outside of the Service.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Information Collected Automatically

We automatically receive and record information regarding your usage of the Service, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, "cookie" information, the type of browser and/or device you're using to access the Service and the page or feature you requested (Traffic Data).

"Cookies" are identifiers we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in the Site are visited and by how many people. EndoQuest uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (Google) which is based on Cookies technologies. The information generated by a Cookie is usually sent to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored. On behalf of EndoQuest, Google will use the generated information to evaluate your use of the Service, compile reports on Service activities, and provide the EndoQuest with additional services related to the Site and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with Google Analytics is not collated with other data by Google.

Information You Provide

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, you may choose to sign up for our email newsletter or subscribe or gain access to various information services concerning EndoQuest's products, services, and business which may require you to provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, address, phone number, company name, email address, your preferred contact method and product markets of interest to you.

Use of Information

EndoQuest uses Traffic Data to help diagnose problems with its web servers, to administer the Site and to analyze user trends and behaviors. Your IP address is not linked to personally identifiable information, but is used to gather broad demographic data and to monitor statistics to improve the Service. IP addresses are also used to provide an audit trail regarding use of the Site.

EndoQuest uses Personal Information to contact you when necessary, to respond to your inquiries for additional information, to provide additional information according to your preferences and for our other business purposes. This information may also be used to send you information about EndoQuest and its products, services and business partners. At your election at any time, you may choose to stop receiving future communications from EndoQuest (see below).

Sharing of Information

Currently, EndoQuest will not share Personal Information with any third party for commercial purposes. EndoQuest may, however, disclose Personal Information if: (1) reasonably necessary to perform the Service, (2) authorized by you, (3) permitted under this Privacy Policy or (4) EndoQuest is required to do so by law or regulation, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (i) to conform or comply with any legal, regulatory, law enforcement or similar requirement or investigation, (ii) to protect or defend the rights or property of EndoQuest or any other user or (iii) to enforce the Terms of Use that are applicable to the Service.

EndoQuest may transfer Traffic Data and Personal Information to any successor to all or substantially all of its business or assets.

Security

Information collected by EndoQuest is stored in secure operating environments that are not generally available to the public. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, EndoQuest cannot ensure the security of any information you provide, and you do so at your own risk. Once EndoQuest receives your information or transmission, it will make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on its systems.

Third Party Sites

The Service may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Site. These other websites are not under EndoQuest's control. The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from the Site are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and EndoQuest is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Opt-Out

You can always choose not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some features of the Service.

You may elect to avoid future communications from EndoQuest by sending an email to info@endoquestrobotics.com that includes your email address; provided, EndoQuest reserves the right to use your contact information to send you important information (such as, for example, information about products and services that you have acquired from EndoQuest or information about changes to this Privacy Policy).

Changes

EndoQuest reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice at the Site. Information collected by the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use.
